Hey, what's up you food lovers today I will show you the best Restaurants to eat in Sydney, these are all recommended. If you are having a night out or just taking a trip around Sydney and feel the need to eat, this top 3 will be sure to fill you up.

1. Tetsuya's Restaurant
 Tetsuya's Restaurant is a Japanese located in 529 Kent Street. It is designed as a Japanese house the is surrounded by a Japanese style garden to bring a sense of their country into the inner city of Sydney. Tetsuya's menu offers a the traditional Japanese cuisines cooked with the best seasonal flavours, and the freshest ingredients. In addition to their delicious menu they also offer you the best wine lists that will likely satisfy your taste buds.


2. Garfish Manly
Garfish Manly is a seafood based restaurant located in the Manly Area that overlooks the Wharf.Garfish provides the best tasting seafood in Sydney as well as a beautiful view while you sit and enjoy your meal. Garfish furthermore delivers a cocktail bar to meet with friends and get the night started.

Est. what more can I say than it is sure to make bite you take 5 stars. Est. is located 252 George Street Sydney and is 5 star quality through their service and every meal they make. Although you are required to make a reservation  it is worth it. They are also available for corporate events, wedding parties and private parties.

TOP 3 PROTEINS


There are huge amounts of proteins in the market each with their own pros and cons to the human body. There are however three really healthy proteins that are extremely good to consume for our bodies. Protein is what is extracted from the meat and the higher the protein in the meat the better it is for our bodies. However, some meats are high in protein and are very high in fat also which isn't necessarily good for our bodies.

Buy the way relax all you vegetarians out there! Look away!

Here are the top three proteins in my opinion:

1. Kangaroo Meat

Kangaroo Meat is the best meat for our bodies. Kangaroo meat has less calories and fat per serve then white fish yet it has as much iron as red meat and heaps of protein. This meat is only found in Australia as kangaroo is an Australian native animal though it probably is exported to other countries so they can also taste the difference and enjoy the nutritional goodness.

2. White Fish


White fish is the second best meat for our bodies as it is extremely low in fat and at the same time high in protein, white fish provides plenty of iron has minimal cholesterol and lots of healthy omega 3 acids which are great for keeping our bones healthy.

3. Chicken Breast


Chicken breast is the third most healthy meat for our human bodies. Chicken breast is low in sodium, It is a very good source of vitamin B6 and phosphorus also an extremely good source for Protein, Niacin and Selenium. However the only downside is that it is quite high in cholesterol.


MCDONALDS SECRET MEAL


I'm going to let out a secret which will save you heaps of money at maccas and leave you only buying this each time you visit this restaurant. Maccas has heaps of special promotional deals, however this deal is on the menu permanently on at some mcdonalds stores though.

The meal is called:

THE HUNGER DEAL


This meal features exactly what you see in the picture above. It includes: a big mac, a cheeseburger, a medium coke , a medium fries and a chocolate sundae or apple pic. 

Surprisingly this deal only costs you $10. What a bargain! The only downside of this deal is that it is not in every mcdonalds store and that you need to ask if they sell it in their store. If they do your in for a real treat for great value.

Great Steak

A great place for a nice and cheap meal. For $11 you can get a juicy tender steak with salad and chips on the side topped with many kind of sauces. If you don't feel like steak they also offer other types of food such as fish and chips or calamari. Don't let the price deter you, they have very good food and good customer service.

TOP FIVE CHEFS (IN MY OPINION)

There are many really great chefs out there. All these great chefs master different aspects in food and have a real talent. I give out my opinion to who are the greatest five chefs and why.


1. Jamie Oliver

Jamie Oliver is my most respected chef as he is into changing what we eat. He understands the amount of processed and fatty foods which big companies put in their food and he works to give out a message showing people how much fat they are eating. His recipes are mainly about fresh healthy foods with low cost.


2. Heston Blumenthal

Heston is an extraordinary chef due to the way he thinks. Heston uses science and weird ways of creating and presenting foods. His work is mysterious as you can never really know what dish he can come up with next. Heston's mainly talented in deserts although he also is talented with making savory dishes as well. Heston looks for molecular similarity in foods and tries to come up ways in how they could be combined and taste great.


3. Gordon James Ramsay

Gordon Ramsay is the only chef in the Uk who has received 14 Michelin Stars. Gordon Ramsay is extremely clever and with his shows such as 'Hells Kitchen' he shows his talent and knowledge. Gordon Ramsay has a very good sense of taste as his dishes are extremely delicious and full of different sorts of tastes.



4. Marco Pierre White

Marco Pierre White has made a massive contribution to international cuisine. he is also the first ever chef to be a celebrity. He believed that sharing is how you gain which is why he trained people like Gordon Ramsay and Curtis Stone. He to me is a representation of a true mentor in the food industry.




5. Wolfgang Puck 

Wolfgang Puck and austrian chef like to cook mystical dishes having the person eating unsure of what cuisine they are eating. He uses a variety of techniques in his cooking from different areas in the world to creating magnificent dishes. He also received many awards for his cooking and makes many sorts of contributions to his industry which shows his love and passion for cooking.

Experts say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that the majority of people skip and don't get enough nutrition in their breakfast meal. 


So I have came up with three healthy simple and nutritious meals that get you going in the morning.




1. Cereal
The most healthy and nutritious way of starting your day is with cereal. There are different types of cereal each with their own added benefits. However, using the 5 star health rating can be a good guide to finding the healthiest cereal for your morning. Also cereal become more nutritious with milk which is the normal, traditional way of eating cereal. 




2. Eggs

Eggs are an extremely nutritious way of starting your day. Eggs contain high sources of protein and nutrients like vitamin D. These are extremely healthy to the human body and although they have a bad smell are very good to eat in the morning.
3. Coffee

Coffee is a normal breakfast for most people but it is also very beneficial. Not only does coffee wake you up but it has been linked to lower risks of several diseases and it may even help you live longer. However, loading up on cream and sugar with coffee may erase potential benefits.

Matcha Madness!

Great Matcha Stuff to Try Out!

Hey guys! have you ever been bored enough or curious to try out a new flavor but don't know what to try? Well if you're feeling this type of way, you should definitely try eating Matcha! Matcha is a green tea powder that gives off a grassy taste. This taste is an acquired one but if you end up liking it, you'll for sure want to try out other dishes that implement matcha! What dishes have matcha you ask? Here's a few of them below!

1. Matcha (Green Tea) Frappe 
You can find this at Starbucks or Gloria Jeans. Highly recommend checking out! It's great for cooling yourself down and tastes great.

2. Matcha Waffles
This one is unique, looks great and has the slight taste of matcha ingrained in the dish. Best to tryout if you're feeling adventurous.

3. Matcha with Red Bean Frappe
This one can be found at bubble tea stores such as Easy Way or ChaTime. With the combined taste of red bean, the drink gains an interesting texture and makes the experience more enjoyable, check it out!

4. Matcha Buns with Cream 
Found at bakeries such as Breadtop, You have to taste it personally to know what the hype is about!

How To Make Poke!

POKE

Poke was first introduced to me by my friends father, they had recently finished a fishing trip and had bought back Sashimi Grey Tuna. They ask me if I was hungry, I kindly replied yes. After a short wait he brought out some Poke. At first glance I was not sure if I would like this dish or not however once I tasted it my whole view had changed, I never knew that a simple dish could taste so delicious. So here is easy recipe on how to make your own Poke.

Ingredients 

(1) - 3 Strips of Sashimi Grey Tuna.

(2) - Ginger

(3) - Green Onions

(4) - Serrano Chilli Peppers

(5) - Crushed Roasted Sesame Seeds

(6) - Seaweed

(7) - Sesame Oil

(8) - Noodle Soup Base

(9) - Soy Sauce


How To Make It

(1) -  Cut the Green Onions and Serrano Chilli Peppers.
(2) - Slice Half of the Ginger in to five pieces.
(3) - Cut the Tuna into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces, and place into bowl.
(4) - Now with the Sesame Oil, add 1/4 cup of it into the bowl with the tuna.
(5) - Now repeat 4 step with Noodle Soup Base and Soy Sauce.
(6) - Then thoroughly mix the sauces and tuna for about 30 seconds. 
(7) - After wards add up the rest off the cut up ingredients into the bowl and mix again for 30 seconds and you are done.

Wear it or Eat It Challenge

Hey guys, don't have anything to do with your friends, well we have the solution for you. This is known as the Wear it or Eat it challenge and it's becoming one of the most popular challenge on the internet. The main aim of the challenge is that either delicious or disgusting food will be selected by an individual and they can decide to wear it or eat it. This however will create quite messy. Warning some contents of food can create vomiting and/or nausea.

How to play the Game:

1 - Edible Food will be placed in random bags.

2 - Each player will then be required to pick a bag at random.

3 - They will then view the content of the bag and decide whether to wear or eat it.

4 - If the person should decide to eat the must completely swallow the food, if they are not able to do so then they must wear it. 

5 - If the person elects to wear the food they must literally wear the food on the their body.

6 - The individual who is able to eat the majority of his/her selected food is the winner.

Arnott's Shapes - Old vs New

What happened to Shapes?

Just recently, the Arnott company has decided to introduce new flavours to the iconic 'Shapes'. Doing this, would also discontinue the original Shapes flavors manufacturing. This decision has created an uproar to many customers, especially long time purchasers that rely on Shapes as their staple lunch food.



Reactions to the Decision

There have been a mixed reactions based on the decision Arnotts have made with their 'New and Improved' product. Many being negative comments on the change, often quoting the famous saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". This has caused quite a stir in the Australian community due to the iconic flavour Shapes had and for them to change it to make it cheaper for themselves is just too much. Many people have expressed their views on the matter, some even creating videos such as this one below taste testing the new flavors:

Best Places to Eat with the Squad

Where are Good Places to Hang with a Group?

Alrighty! we all experienced those moments and situations when you hang out with the crew and you wonder among yourselves "aye what you guys wanna go?". As an indecisive person myself, I'll be giving you guys a lists of good places you can bring the squad to go out and chill and catch up. By the way, this list is listed randomly and isn't by order.

1. Starbucks
Not really a place to get a filling meal, but this place is great when it comes to just having a chat and catching up. They sell a variety of drinks and the atmosphere of the places brings a 'chill' vibe, great to bring the crew for a chill get together.

2. Steakhouses
Now this one is a great place, especially in steakhouses that allow you to cook your own steak. Being able to cook your own steak with the boys is part of the experience and not to mention this is usually a cheap alternative when it comes to having a big feast. Usually some steakhouses sell some alcohol and some sides are free with the purchase of steak. Good place to have a laugh and enjoy everyone's company.

3. The nearest Maccas
The iconic maccas! Great since they are always open 24/7 and have great cheap prices for a quick snack. Good place to just muck around with the squad and place to discuss later plans. Not much to be said about this place since its already well known as it is.

4. Kebab Stores
This place is great when the boys are hungry and keen for a meal to get filled up on. Almost every kebab store sells the infamous HSP which in itself is an event! Great place to eat out and just have a chat.

5. Nandos
The notorious 'Cheeky Nandos with the lads'. This place is well known for having a great price for a big meal. Definitely a good place to cater for a big group.

Strawberry snacks

Hey guys, back again with another healthy recipe for all you healthy people. Today we will be making a short and simple cheesecake stuffed strawberry.

Ingredients:

- Strawberry

-  Cheesecake cream

- Blueberry

Method:

- Slice the strawberry up into 4 equal pieces ( but have the bottom intact)

- Fill the gap with cheesecake

- Place a blueberry on top of the strawberry stuffed cheesecake

- Your end product should look something like this


This is a great healthy snack to start off your morning or just as a snack to enjoy! It is also very pleasing for the eyes and could be used as a really great snack for guests at a party.

Healthy sandwich !

Here's a good idea for a quick and tasty healthy sandwich for all you healthy people out there.

Ingredients:
- Italian round loaf bread

- Ham

- Tomatoes

-  Lettuce

- Pickles

-Butter

- Fruit as a Side dish

Steps:

- Grab your Italian round loaf buns and spread butter on the bottom side of the bun. (Toast if you wish)

-  Place some ham on the piece of bun

-  Carefully spread the tomatoes, lettuce and pickles around the bun,

-  Place the top half of the bun on top and enjoy your healthy sandwich.

-  Having fruit as a side dish will make this sandwich more exciting and delightful !


Ice Cream Sandwich Cake: Quick and Easy Recipe

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Hey, guys back again with another quick and easy recipe for all you food lovers out there, who are to lazy to cook but want to eat delicious and simple food. Today I will showcase how to make an easy but mouthwatering cake, made up of Ice Cream Sandwiches. The best thing about making this cake is that no baking is required.




Ingredients 

(1) - 24 Cookies and Cream Ice cream sandwiches, available and any supermarket near you.

(2) - 2 cans of whipped cream.

(3) - A jar of Hershey's Topping Hot Fudge.

(4) - 1 jar of Caramel topping.

(5) - Crushed 5 - 10 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, now this ingredient is purely optional this is used for the middle and top of the cake. You can decide what type of chocolate or sweets to but on the middle and top of the cake.

Steps

(1) - Arrange the a layer ice cream sandwiches to fit into a 9 x 13 inch container.

(2) - Now star to layer the whipped cream on top followed with a layer of hot fudge, caramel and crushed Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. 

(3) - Repeat Steps 1 and 2 in the same order.

(4) - Once you are done layering your cake cover it with aluminium foil and place in freezer for at least 30 minutes. 



Boom, your done the preparation time should take at least 15- 20 mins. The overall time to make this cake is roughly about 45 - 60 mins, and is a dish that almost everybody would love.

TOP 3 BEST COOKING GAME SHOWS


There are many different style cooking game shows which have contestants making food beyond boundaries. The top best food shows that are aired in my opinion are:

1. HELLS KITCHEN

Gordon Ramsay does not sugarcoat something that he thinks is disgusting. THis makes his game show HELLS KITCHEN extremely entertaining and keeps me wondering what other insult will he come up with next? Gordon Ramsey puts young aspiring chefs through extreme challenges to determine which one of them will move on to working in one of Gordon Ramsay's famous restaurants.





2.  Master Chef Australia

The thing that makes Master chef Australia so exciting is the various types of surprising challenges and outcomes the judges put the contestants through. The suspense if one of the contestants don't make a good enough dish to display to the judges keeps me coming back each episode to see how they go in the next challenge.




3. My Kitchen Rules

Contestants in pairs battle one another for a cash prize at the end of the competition. However, this cooking show makes the contestants cook in their own home, in their own kitchens. Seating the two judges and the other contestants in their very own styled dining room. Also the contestants get to judge one another about their dishes and the comments made to one another are extremely entertaining.

Spicy Samyang Noodles Challenge

What is the 'Samyang' Challenge

Hey to all those spicy food lovers out there, we have a challenge for you! Now, before we start, warning that this dish in particular is VERY HOT! The notorious noodle brand 'Samyang' is probably one of the spiciest things I have ever tried (despite me not even liking spice in the first place). These noodles are well known for it being very hot and also influenced a lot of people to create youtube video's online taking up the challenge. The rules are simple, finish the noodles without drinking. Easier said then done but hopefully you spicy lovers out there are courageous enough to take up the challenge.



Instructions on How to Make This

1. Open packet and boil noodle packet as long as you desire.
2. Drain water and place noodles into your plate.
3. Add the spicy sauce and the spices included with the noodles.
4. Enjoy and try to complete the challenge.

CHEAP PLACES TO EAT IF YOUR ON THE MUNCHIES





There are many places to get some food in your stomach and keep you full while on a budget. Here are some of my favorite places to eat which offer value and taste when on a tight budget. 

1. McDonalds

Maccas has a huge menu which also includes a loose change menu. This menu specifically caters for those who have some loose change lying around or are on a budget.
Usually to get you full you would need to order multiples burgers to make up for a meal but if planned properly you can get more food then meals which a cheaper price. My favourite from the menu is a steam bunned chicken and cheese.

2. Pizza Hut and Dominos
When it comes to getting big bang for your buck the value range pizzas is a good place to go. These pizzas are a little smaller then full sized pizzas but cost less then half the price of some of the bigger pizzas. That way you can order and get two pizzas for the price of one. However, the value range pizzas don't have a lot on them and are limited to what you can have on top.

3. EL JANNAH


When it comes to charcoal barbecue chicken, El Jannah (also in Punchbowl and Blacktown) is the goods. You can get a quarter chicken and chips meal for only seven dollars. It is also very tasty and fills you up heaps as you also get a stack of bread and pickles on the side. The only downside is that you can only buy it from the three stores that they have open.

HSP

                                                                HALAL SNACK PACK


Welcome to a new Blog. Today will be a food review about a HSP. A HSP is a halal snackpack that consist of beef,chicken or lamb served with chips.

I ordered a Large beef snackpack with barbeque, chilli, garlic and cheese.

Greeting : 10/10 - "hello brother, what can i get for you" , doesn't get any better

Packaging: 10/10 - Styrofoam used

Meat: 10/10: Beef was cooked to perfection, Juicy and tender. Length of strips were perfect as well as they were not too long or too short.

Chips: 9/10: Chips were cooked extremely well, however a bit too much chicken salt on the chips.

Cheese: 10/10- Perfectly melted cheese between the meat and chips.

Sauce: Got the holy trinity sauce. BBQ,Chilli,Garlic. Can't go wrong with that.

Price: $11 for a large beef snack pack but $12 with cheese. An extremely good and affordable price as it is very filling. Some days the owners will not charge for cheese as well. Definitely recommend.


HELL IS RAMSAY Fried Rice Recipe

HELL IS RAMSAY


Welcome, to Hell Is Ramsay today's post will teach you how to make fried rice, so simple that even a five year old can make it.

Ingredients 

Kimchi
1kg of Pork Belly
2 Eggs
Green Onions
1 Onion
3 blocks of Garlic
2 pieces of Ginger
One piece of Garlic
Steamed Rice 
Oyster Sauce 
Sesame Oil
Nori, (Seaweed Strips)
Salt 
Peeper 



Steps 

1 - Cut up the Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Pork Belly into small pieces. 
2 - Take a 3 spoons of Kim-chi and place it on the cutting board and cut them into small pieces.
3 - Grab 2 pieces of eggs and crack them into a bowl and whisk them. 
4 - Start to cook scrambled egg on the wok, once done place it in a separate bowl.
5 - Start to fry the garlic and Ginger with a small amount of sesame oil. Once the Garlic and Ginger start to turn brown separate them from the oil and throw them out.
6 -  Now that the oil has the Garlic and Ginger Flavour start to fry the onions and rice, for about 5 mins.
7 - Once that done start to add your Pork belly, Kim-chi and Scrambled Egg, and continue to stir for 10 mins.
8 - After 10 mins add a dash of Salt and Peeper, then apply the Oyster Sauce to give the Rice a dark texture, and stir for about 5 mins.
9 - Once done Frying the Rice place it into a bowl, this is where you will sprinkle some Green Onions on top as well as your Nori(Seaweed Strips).
10 - Make sure you follow all these steps or your food will be too RAW!!
