HSP

                                                                HALAL SNACK PACK


Welcome to a new Blog. Today will be a food review about a HSP. A HSP is a halal snackpack that consist of beef,chicken or lamb served with chips.

I ordered a Large beef snackpack with barbeque, chilli, garlic and cheese.

Greeting : 10/10 - "hello brother, what can i get for you" , doesn't get any better

Packaging: 10/10 - Styrofoam used

Meat: 10/10: Beef was cooked to perfection, Juicy and tender. Length of strips were perfect as well as they were not too long or too short.

Chips: 9/10: Chips were cooked extremely well, however a bit too much chicken salt on the chips.

Cheese: 10/10- Perfectly melted cheese between the meat and chips.

Sauce: Got the holy trinity sauce. BBQ,Chilli,Garlic. Can't go wrong with that.

Price: $11 for a large beef snack pack but $12 with cheese. An extremely good and affordable price as it is very filling. Some days the owners will not charge for cheese as well. Definitely recommend.


HELL IS RAMSAY Fried Rice Recipe

Welcome, to Hell Is Ramsay today's post will teach you how to make fried rice, so simple that even a five year old can make it.

Ingredients 

Kimchi
1kg of Pork Belly
2 Eggs
Green Onions
1 Onion
3 blocks of Garlic
2 pieces of Ginger
One piece of Garlic
Steamed Rice 
Oyster Sauce 
Sesame Oil
Nori, (Seaweed Strips)
Salt 
Peeper 



Steps 

1 - Cut up the Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Pork Belly into small pieces. 
2 - Take a 3 spoons of Kim-chi and place it on the cutting board and cut them into small pieces.
3 - Grab 2 pieces of eggs and crack them into a bowl and whisk them. 
4 - Start to cook scrambled egg on the wok, once done place it in a separate bowl.
5 - Start to fry the garlic and Ginger with a small amount of sesame oil. Once the Garlic and Ginger start to turn brown separate them from the oil and throw them out.
6 -  Now that the oil has the Garlic and Ginger Flavour start to fry the onions and rice, for about 5 mins.
7 - Once that done start to add your Pork belly, Kim-chi and Scrambled Egg, and continue to stir for 10 mins.
8 - After 10 mins add a dash of Salt and Peeper, then apply the Oyster Sauce to give the Rice a dark texture, and stir for about 5 mins.
9 - Once done Frying the Rice place it into a bowl, this is where you will sprinkle some Green Onions on top as well as your Nori(Seaweed Strips).
10 - Make sure you follow all these steps or your food will be too RAW!!
