How To Make Poke!

POKE

Poke was first introduced to me by my friends father, they had recently finished a fishing trip and had bought back Sashimi Grey Tuna. They ask me if I was hungry, I kindly replied yes. After a short wait he brought out some Poke. At first glance I was not sure if I would like this dish or not however once I tasted it my whole view had changed, I never knew that a simple dish could taste so delicious. So here is easy recipe on how to make your own Poke.

Ingredients 

(1) - 3 Strips of Sashimi Grey Tuna.

(2) - Ginger

(3) - Green Onions

(4) - Serrano Chilli Peppers

(5) - Crushed Roasted Sesame Seeds

(6) - Seaweed

(7) - Sesame Oil

(8) - Noodle Soup Base

(9) - Soy Sauce


How To Make It

(1) -  Cut the Green Onions and Serrano Chilli Peppers.
(2) - Slice Half of the Ginger in to five pieces.
(3) - Cut the Tuna into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces, and place into bowl.
(4) - Now with the Sesame Oil, add 1/4 cup of it into the bowl with the tuna.
(5) - Now repeat 4 step with Noodle Soup Base and Soy Sauce.
(6) - Then thoroughly mix the sauces and tuna for about 30 seconds. 
(7) - After wards add up the rest off the cut up ingredients into the bowl and mix again for 30 seconds and you are done.
