Hey, what's up you food lovers today I will show you the best Restaurants to eat in Sydney, these are all recommended. If you are having a night out or just taking a trip around Sydney and feel the need to eat, this top 3 will be sure to fill you up.

1. Tetsuya's Restaurant
 Tetsuya's Restaurant is a Japanese located in 529 Kent Street. It is designed as a Japanese house the is surrounded by a Japanese style garden to bring a sense of their country into the inner city of Sydney. Tetsuya's menu offers a the traditional Japanese cuisines cooked with the best seasonal flavours, and the freshest ingredients. In addition to their delicious menu they also offer you the best wine lists that will likely satisfy your taste buds.


2. Garfish Manly
Garfish Manly is a seafood based restaurant located in the Manly Area that overlooks the Wharf.Garfish provides the best tasting seafood in Sydney as well as a beautiful view while you sit and enjoy your meal. Garfish furthermore delivers a cocktail bar to meet with friends and get the night started.

Although you are required to make a reservation  it is worth it. They are also available for corporate events, wedding parties and private parties.

There are huge amounts of proteins in the market each with their own pros and cons to the human body. There are however three really healthy proteins that are extremely good to consume for our bodies. Protein is what is extracted from the meat and the higher the protein in the meat the better it is for our bodies. However, some meats are high in protein and are very high in fat also which isn't necessarily good for our bodies.

Kangaroo Meat is the best meat for our bodies. Kangaroo meat has less calories and fat per serve then white fish yet it has as much iron as red meat and heaps of protein. This meat is only found in Australia as kangaroo is an Australian native animal though it probably is exported to other countries so they can also taste the difference and enjoy the nutritional goodness.

2. White Fish


White fish is the second best meat for our bodies as it is extremely low in fat and at the same time high in protein, white fish provides plenty of iron has minimal cholesterol and lots of healthy omega 3 acids which are great for keeping our bones healthy.

3. Chicken Breast


Chicken breast is the third most healthy meat for our human bodies. Chicken breast is low in sodium, It is a very good source of vitamin B6 and phosphorus also an extremely good source for Protein, Niacin and Selenium. However the only downside is that it is quite high in cholesterol.

I'm going to let out a secret which will save you heaps of money at maccas and leave you only buying this each time you visit this restaurant. Maccas has heaps of special promotional deals, however this deal is on the menu permanently on at some mcdonalds stores though.

This meal features exactly what you see in the picture above. It includes: a big mac, a cheeseburger, a medium coke , a medium fries and a chocolate sundae or apple pic. 

Surprisingly this deal only costs you $10. What a bargain! The only downside of this deal is that it is not in every mcdonalds store and that you need to ask if they sell it in their store. If they do your in for a real treat for great value.
