TOP FIVE CHEFS (IN MY OPINION)

There are many really great chefs out there. All these great chefs master different aspects in food and have a real talent. I give out my opinion to who are the greatest five chefs and why.


1. Jamie Oliver

Jamie Oliver is my most respected chef as he is into changing what we eat. He understands the amount of processed and fatty foods which big companies put in their food and he works to give out a message showing people how much fat they are eating. His recipes are mainly about fresh healthy foods with low cost.


2. Heston Blumenthal

Heston is an extraordinary chef due to the way he thinks. Heston uses science and weird ways of creating and presenting foods. His work is mysterious as you can never really know what dish he can come up with next. Heston's mainly talented in deserts although he also is talented with making savory dishes as well. Heston looks for molecular similarity in foods and tries to come up ways in how they could be combined and taste great.


3. Gordon James Ramsay

Gordon Ramsay is the only chef in the Uk who has received 14 Michelin Stars. Gordon Ramsay is extremely clever and with his shows such as 'Hells Kitchen' he shows his talent and knowledge. Gordon Ramsay has a very good sense of taste as his dishes are extremely delicious and full of different sorts of tastes.



4. Marco Pierre White

Marco Pierre White has made a massive contribution to international cuisine. he is also the first ever chef to be a celebrity. He believed that sharing is how you gain which is why he trained people like Gordon Ramsay and Curtis Stone. He to me is a representation of a true mentor in the food industry.




5. Wolfgang Puck 

Wolfgang Puck and austrian chef like to cook mystical dishes having the person eating unsure of what cuisine they are eating. He uses a variety of techniques in his cooking from different areas in the world to creating magnificent dishes. He also received many awards for his cooking and makes many sorts of contributions to his industry which shows his love and passion for cooking.

Experts say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that the majority of people skip and don't get enough nutrition in their breakfast meal. 


So I have came up with three healthy simple and nutritious meals that get you going in the morning.




1. Cereal
The most healthy and nutritious way of starting your day is with cereal. There are different types of cereal each with their own added benefits. However, using the 5 star health rating can be a good guide to finding the healthiest cereal for your morning. Also cereal become more nutritious with milk which is the normal, traditional way of eating cereal. 




2. Eggs

Eggs are an extremely nutritious way of starting your day. Eggs contain high sources of protein and nutrients like vitamin D. These are extremely healthy to the human body and although they have a bad smell are very good to eat in the morning.
3. Coffee

Coffee is a normal breakfast for most people but it is also very beneficial. Not only does coffee wake you up but it has been linked to lower risks of several diseases and it may even help you live longer. However, loading up on cream and sugar with coffee may erase potential benefits.
