HELL IS RAMSAY Fried Rice Recipe

HELL IS RAMSAY


Welcome, to Hell Is Ramsay today's post will teach you how to make fried rice, so simple that even a five year old can make it.

Ingredients 

Kimchi
1kg of Pork Belly
2 Eggs
Green Onions
1 Onion
3 blocks of Garlic
2 pieces of Ginger
One piece of Garlic
Steamed Rice 
Oyster Sauce 
Sesame Oil
Nori, (Seaweed Strips)
Salt 
Peeper 



Steps 

1 - Cut up the Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Pork Belly into small pieces. 
2 - Take a 3 spoons of Kim-chi and place it on the cutting board and cut them into small pieces.
3 - Grab 2 pieces of eggs and crack them into a bowl and whisk them. 
4 - Start to cook scrambled egg on the wok, once done place it in a separate bowl.
5 - Start to fry the garlic and Ginger with a small amount of sesame oil. Once the Garlic and Ginger start to turn brown separate them from the oil and throw them out.
6 -  Now that the oil has the Garlic and Ginger Flavour start to fry the onions and rice, for about 5 mins.
7 - Once that done start to add your Pork belly, Kim-chi and Scrambled Egg, and continue to stir for 10 mins.
8 - After 10 mins add a dash of Salt and Peeper, then apply the Oyster Sauce to give the Rice a dark texture, and stir for about 5 mins.
9 - Once done Frying the Rice place it into a bowl, this is where you will sprinkle some Green Onions on top as well as your Nori(Seaweed Strips).
10 - Make sure you follow all these steps or your food will be too RAW!!
